  12. What is MSDOS for AmigaDOS?
  13. ~~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ ~~~ ~~~~~~~~~
  14.    Quite simply- it allows you to use MSDOS commands on your AMIGA, most
  15. of which are conveniently shorter and there are a few extra commands.

  17. Here's some features:
  18.  
  19.    · Enables the use of commands like Del, Deltree, Pause, DOSKey, etc.
  20.    · No need to alter existing Workbench commands
  21.    · Works with RESIDENT commands too!   (One or two, like DELTREE don't)
  22.    · Takes up VERY LITTLE RAM!
  23.    · Fully AmigaDOS 2+ compatible, & works on ANY device (irrelevent!).
  24.    · Completely invisible-  AmigaDOS commands still work as well!
  25.    · Doesn't echo commands.  It's "QUIET" like MSDOS
  26.    · Can use * wildcard!
  27.    · Also allows you to use . as current directory and .. as parent
  28.    · Double click an MS-DOS icon, and get an MS-DOS supporting DosShell
  29.    · Use A: and B:, instead of boring old DF0: and DF1:

  36.     This is VERY important, when you de-archive this, you =MUST= preserve the
  37. file attributes.  This can be done either by using GuiArc or using the -a
  38. option like so:

  40.                        LHA x -a MSDOS_30.Lha RAM:

  42.        If you don't preserve the file's attributes, nothing will work!

  44.       When the INSTALLATION is complete- You MUST reboot for it to work
